  3. Thank you very much for the announcement. At last, we are waiting for the book we love to hold and cherish dearly. Abang AAB must be the happiest person alive when told that publication plan is on as scheduled. Come 1st January 2014 we shall be seeing "Suatu Ketika Di TBS". However I know Datin Jamilah. She was my junior in TBS. A bright young girl I supposed during those wonderful school years. Then there was this ZAB, envied by people around her. I was a simple school girl then wearing a TBS uniform, a skirt of course. Anyway, as I promise I will contribute the amount pledge. Will someone give the address of the account holder as well. However I prefer to remit the amount through Abang AAB, as a token of appreciation to his dashing young figure that controlled us all when he was the Head Boy. I felt in love over heads and heels when we heard his name being announced by the then Headmaster, Mr. S.K.P Sivam in one public gathering infront of his office adjacent to the Tuckshop and lavatory. Sympathizer also mentioned she would contribute as pledged. The amount is already with me. Regards to Abang AAB and of course to my other school dearest personality in what I should remember as something like "cinto boghalih arah" in the cinto monyet episode. Oh, what a memorable yesteryears!

  4. FY you ni toboto lah membangkit an nostal gia ese. Ini kok sungguh FY menghargai your fond memories. Otherwise AAB is very very very reluctant to reveal his bank acc. No. He very very much appreciates FY's thoughts and fond memories of him. Nevertheless the terms stay. Ribuan maaf AAB pinta. If FY chooses to stay FY then you are very welcome to bank in into JU's acc. Which will be given in due course. The identity is rightfully yours FY.Assalam to you and Kich Moore.

  6. Abang AAB, let us stick to our deal. No revelation of sort. I wish to remind Abang AAB with regards to our terms and conditions. And so will my wish with my "cinto boghalih arah", no matter who he is or was. We have means to deliver the pledge. Do'nt worry, we'll find a way. The amount will come sooner than Abang AAB may expect. We have friends around and some from the ex-TBS. They are sympathetic and honestly secretive. Salam and take care to both of you, especially Abang AAB.Sorry, we don't buy your religious argument.

  7. A very nice piece of work. I mean the cover design. The nostalgic background colours were rightly appropriate even though the photographs were recently taken. Congratulations to the Designer, whom I expect to be an experienced artist.Very creative. I have already fetched few hundreds towards the contribution from ex-TBS alumni friends who want to remain anonymous. Salam to all. And to TN Presiden, we csn understand your position when you give unnecessary comments without rational judgement. You should understand our viewpoints as much as we understand your viewpoints.

  8. It's ok FY. Have it your way. U are such a steadfast lady and I salute you for that. Rugi I you did not become my life partner!
Thank you in advance for the pledge. Please do bank in into Datin JU's account, the rightful account for the purpose created exclusively for SATU KETIKA DI TBS. The account will be made available shortly. Thanks again FY and Assalam

  10. Thanks, Abang AAB. U take care. i've got your address through my friends, registered as members of GRUP TBSST when I scroll down Grup TBSST fb. I think the address was meant for your recent Wedding Anniversary. Loving couple. How I wish I was at the makan-makan to personally congratulate you. Anyway, do take good care of your loving "oghang Ghumah". I also keep a few of our seniors addresses, based from the Group's FB and member- profiles.

  11. Unfortunately , u tak sudi perkenal kan diri u. Cam mano I nak ajak ke Ann kitorang hari tu.I would have loved u to come. Lady yang I admired tu, who was my neighbkour ada datang hari tu. The Ann was quite a success. Now that you know where I live, what about giving si kudung ni a surprise one of these days. I am sure you too live somewhere in KL. Call along Kich Moore and Sympathiser as well. i would love very much to see you all, for 'silaturrahim's'sake. Or why not come with your loving husband.
Fikir sekali balek lagi, i think it's quite impossible for you to buy this wishful thinking of mine. Anyway there's no harm in doing so kan?

  14. Again I would remind you Abang AAB and the rest. Family matter is a privacy. I would not want to discuss it, especially in this Blog. It's a taboo and very, very sensitive. As I said earlier we have means to get the fund delivered and also we have the means to get the copy once the book is published. The most important thing is to get the amounted remitted, no matter how trivial it is. So, good luck and my regards to all, especially to JU and Ashraf.

  15. You want contribution or you still question who we are. We need no introduction but we are sincere to help. Forget it and for Heaven's sake stop this stupid inquisitiveness.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Forget us AAB. We will contribute and that's final. You will get your money and once published our fiends get the book p

  20. What happens to AAB.

  22. FY, Mikuman and annonymous, thankmyou very much for your conyinued pledges. Deep from my heart, I am indeed sorry for having caused a stir. May be I've jumped the gun. Iwas thinking the I madevthe promise to provide the account no. And the name of the bank that you people might bank in to. That's why like an old fool I wrote the these particulars befor the President, the Secretary Gy make a formal appeal. This uncalled for action of mine is in response to AFY's plea for a fast action. Because we need the money , the earlier the better. Unfotunately, and very unfortunately, you all don't buy what I did. Instead you accused me of trying to pry into your private and family affairs. Well thank you very very much for scracthing and old man' s feelings especially Annonymous

  23. Anonymous, please be informed, AAB IS NOT GOING TO RECEIVE YOUR MONIES. THE ACCOUNT OF DATIN JU IS THE BOOK COMMITTEE' S ACCOUNT, WHICH SHE HAD JUST OPENED. THAT'S WHY I DID NOT POST MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT NO. AS REQUESTED BY FY. ITS TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS LIKE THESE TO HAPPEN PLEASE! I sincerely hope the statement above clears the air, anonymous, mikuman and fy. Thank you.

  24. Sympathizer and me will send our contribution through u Abang AAB. It's up to u then either to deliver the amount to the official "accountant" whoever he or she may be. We trust Abang AAB to deliver the stuff. We only know u. Our task is to contribute and nothing else the matter. And it's final. As for Mikuman we leave it to him to make his decision.

Why make things so difficult Bro.?

    ReplyDelete
  26. The committee must decide any member can receive the monies on the committee's behalf. And stop this egoistic attitude. We want the book published. Is not AAB a committee member?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Tn Presiden, konolah bobunyi sikit, jangan asyik nak buek kojo sondighi yo, tolonglah bondo macam ni. Takkanlah fasal nak monyumbang pon kito masih botongkar. Macam budak2. Janganlah suruh orang cakap tontang agama, bueklah baik, Allah sughuh tapi bila bondo kocik bogini kita asyik bak bobengkeng. Jangan bogitu.

    ReplyDelete
  28. This amounts to simple logic. Whoever receive the monies just deliver them to the official receiver.Stop. We don't question who the contributors are. Crystal clear.

    ReplyDelete
  29. AFY, what say you. Lately you have not given any comments or proposals. To me u are animportant member of the committee.U need to say something. Do not let AAB say it alone. Pity him. And I love this man who has given his best to make the book a success. In Sha Allah.

  30. FY, Anonymous and the rest, thank you so much for the continued pledges. And before I forget SELAMAT BERPUASA ROMODHAN, TO ALL.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST FY HERE IS MY BANK ISLAM ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR YOU TO BANK IN. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE:05021020032516.

As for anonymous please do not question AFY 'S involvements. To tell you the truth, he is the main trump of the project, it's his major effort that you see the progress thus far of the book. He has to compile the scripts and send to the editor, lias with the designer and so forth.
What ever it is let us all Doa, that SEKETIKA DI TBS WILL APPEAR WITH THE SUNRISE OF THE NEW YEAR. INSYA ALLAH.

  33. I have already collected a few hundred ringgit and will be posting the amount to Abang AAB.You just wait for the amount to be delivered. I hope no photo of mine sholud be included in the book. Please Abang AAB, remind AFY about it. Sometimes, AFY was and still notorious. I know him since our school days in 1960s.But he was a nice fellow but rather unpredictable. I followed his career as a writer and I love to read his artcles about Malay arts and culture. But not his write-up on politics. Tell him I too followed his involvement as a team advisor and researcher in Jejak Bahasa Programme, a joint venture between DBP and TV3. However I cannot forget his snobbish and non-observant character when he always call the shot himself. Anyway, I still like his smile. Sorry I am a bit carried away.Sympathizer told me the same thing. Well, Abang AAB is still better. One other senior I like to follow was this handsome man from Bukit Kledang. I think his name is Aris Abbas. He was good in literature and use to recite phrases from Shakespeare.

    ReplyDelete
  34. FY dear no need to tell AFY. He will read you comments alright. Thank you for you commendable effort love. I sencerely hope that more would contribute. The more the better. Yes this Bukit kledang boy is now a Datuk. Helives in Taman Lavender in Seremban. He is one of my spesial friends. There are not many of us left. There is Aris, Akbar, AFY and a few others. The rest of my friends have gone back to meet their creator, Allah. alfatihah to them all Regards and bye. Nak sahur. You dah ke?

    ReplyDelete
  38. That was my contribution together with another friend, whom you should have known by now. none other than Sympathizer. We love to give more but for economic reasons for the time being the amount is the best gesture that we can do. Ada rezeki lagi we will contribute more. Please pray for us. As for Kich Moor, she is on her own. And that man from Miku (Mikuman), is he contributing? Also that man Dato' Aris should not have any problem contributing, A Dato' and former senior government officer should not be too stingy to give a few bucks. Abang AAB must persuade him.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I have collected a few hundred more and will be sending the amount to AAB. My friends insist that I send the amount by using Wang Pos.But I am as yet to decide since AAB has given his account number with Bank Islam. On the other hand my friends, all were ex-TBS wish I could convert the cash into Wang Pos and send them to AAB. Anywy we will see what would be the best thing to do.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Mikuman, thank you ever so much for your commendable effort. To ease you off, you can just bank in into my acc, as FY did. That is if you trust me. Otherwise you can do as they suggest. Then come your problem of sending it. Wheredo you want to address the letter.

FY i thought as much that that was your share with Sympathiser. I sincerely hope that Kich Moore will keep her words.

    1. Do'nt you worry AAB. We already jotted your address, thanks to the communication we've had with our ex-TBS students and staff. The world of TBS is too small not to see thigs in its own perspective. And I have decided to use Wang Pos as suggested by my friends. So probably by next week Insya Allah AAB would have received a note from us.

  41. I think we are missing a point here. 'suatu ketika diTBS' is just one minute effort from us Committe to document the journey of our lives especially during our formative years in TBS.The idea came about when in every gathering all of us seem to have something to share each others' yester years and before we knew it we started talking about compiling all after stories into 'suatu ketika diTBS'. Let it be known that Grup TBSST is all about gathering of old friends of exTBS who are now at our twilight years (pardon me for using the word)and as such it comes naturally that we 'rope in' or rather indulge our families in our activities and in whatever we do where possible. For example when we have meetings in one of the residence of our Committe, it is natural that our conversation not only circle around our lives and times in TBS but also the progress and developments that took place after school till today. I suppose it does come naturally when old friends meet they are more keen and excited plus concern about each other. And I guess knowing about each others family is one way of expressing that we are part and parcel of the yester years. At times we (Committee) do feel awkward receiving funds and monetary contributions from Generous Concerned exTBS for 'suatu ketika diTBS' not knowing who they are to explicitly express our gratitude. That was the feeling, itu sahaja.Bukanlah nak korek2 atau inquisitive about the donour. Cuma kita (Committee)personally feel agak lebih beradab kalau kita tahu kawan kita where we grew up together who havebeen kind enough to take the trouble to contribute to this noble course of publishing 'suatu ketika diTBS' for allexTBS, including the anonymous donours. That was the sole intention, tak lebih dari itu. However, having said that, if anyone here wish to remain anonymous and discreet, we have no qualms about it and please be rest assured that will respect your wishes and desires. Keep the donations coming....Thank you

  42. Boto gak cakap AAR ini. Hanya jiko kito baco tajuk buku ini yang bobunyi "Suatu Ketiko Di TBS" jolaslah coghito eh bokisar bodasarkan pongalaman kito kek sokolah TBS dulu. Ese cadangkan kalau nak masukkan coghito career development kito lopeh TBS itu bolehlah kito buek buku koduo dan caghi ponajo toutamo yang kocek eh ponoh boghisi tu. Lagipon sayang kalau kito masukkan coghito kito lopeh TBS banyak bona nanti it defeats the purpose of placing the title in its perspective. What say you ZA, GY, AAB, JU and AFY?

    ReplyDelete
  43. I beg to differ. AAR must have been hard-up for nostalgic stories regarding his association with the School. Moreover he is too young to lament on past memories. And who knows he is not married. Forgive me for saying as such. But, pleae use your head and get the message from the title of the book itself. I do not think you cannot understand simple Malay. Could you tell me what "Sutu Ketika means in simple Malay? Talk sense please!

  44. Hard to believe there are such persons who do not use their heads but instead use their handsome faces. Bacolah tajuk itu betul-betul adik AAR.

  45. AAB, I have all in all collected RM 700 from friends, not registered as Group FB members. We are committed to contribute and hopefully the book will be published on time before the new year. I have decided to convert the amount into Wang Pos as suggested by the Gang and to post the Wang Pos valued at RM700 this Monday. A small contribution from the errant ex-TBS boys except me who studied in URES and KGV. Which means I am not qualified to be in the Group but becaue of my close friends, 90% of them ex-TBS, I have decided to "tumpang sekaki". My apologies to the President of the Group and to AAB and AFY whom I would consider my comments were irritating and uncalled for. Honestly I love to be in this group and my hometown is Miku, notorious of being a communist-fested area in the 1950's. We used to cycle to Kuala Johor and never would have thought to encounter such name as "Ghazali Yasin" the Publication Committee Secretry General, replacing our famous CLA of Padang Sebang, the great school runner as mentioned by Faithfully Yours. May God bless you all, friends.

  46. Mikuman thank you ever so much for doing the wonderful job. Hoooi yo! Its' not easy to collect money from people you know! But you did it Mikuman. Isn't that a very commendable feat. And 700.00 ringgit is a lot of money man!
Kocik tapak tangan nyiru se tadah an. Timokaseh sekali lai. I will be waiting for the mail. Hopefully more would donate. Alhamdulillah!

  47. When we were in KGV we knew this famous Bahasa Melayu teacher, Cikgu Abbas Ali, the father of the now famous PKR Parliamentarian Dato' Kamarul Baharin Abbas, that MP fom Telok Kemang and his nephew Cikgu Bard, the son of Shahrain Abbas, the former bank manager. Remember Cikgu Abbas Ali from Chengkau, who translated Parr and Mackray's Rembau, One of the Nine States: Its History dan Cikgu Abbas menterjemahkannya menjadi " Rembau Sejarah Perkembangannya,Adat dan Istiadatnya". Mudah-mudahan!

  48. Mikuman, thank you for bringing in the name of Shahrin Abbas. He was my classmate while we were in form five. He was transfered from kgv to tbs in that year, 1961. Wonder where he is now. The last I know of him was when he was maybank manager in alor gajah. I was then teaching in smv alor gajah. If you come across him anywhere please convey my salam to him. Thank you.
Whatever it is seven hundred ringgit is a lot of money. Thank you again for your effort..

  49. I only know his father the famous Cikgu Abbas Ali. AFY should know better because Cikgu Abbas's wife was related to AFY. I remember once AFY told me that Cikgu Abbas's mother in-law had an elder brother by the name of Zainal Abidin, who got married with a Tanah Datar girl and and later survived by their two sons, Haji Mohd Yatim, the former Kadi of Rembau and Haji Yassin, who happened to be AFY's father.Sekolah Agama Haji Mohd Yatim in Ulu Gadong was named after him.As for Shahrain Abbas, I would not know much except someone told me that he lives in Seremban.AAB should get in touch with Cikgu Bard, his son, the yung influential Youth leader of PKR.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Indeed I pledge RM700 and the amount has been posted. These are our contribution and that's about all that I could collect. Kich Moor is Kich Moor and Mikuman is Mikuman. They are not the same person. Mikuman is a male I suppose and I'm not.

  62. I am still soliciting more funds to the cause of the book. You don't worry, we'll find ways and means to collect more. As of now I receive another RM200 from ex-TBS girls who want to remain anonymous. I'll remit the amount to your account later. Bye and take care.

    ReplyDelete
  63. FY, that is wonderful lovely lady,my sh.please do bank in any time. Thank you very very much. The amount from Kich Moor, mikuman and razak yahaya has been transferred into datin JU's account. Your effort of trying to solicit from ex tbs is definitely very very commendable, thanks ever so much sh!!!

  64. Abang AAB, In the world we live in why is that there are such people who are rich, showing off their richness but too stingy to contribute for a just cause like publishing our Suatu Ketika Di TBS, while there are others who just manage to earn a meagre but ever ready to part with their earn for a just cause such as publishing our Suatu Ketika Di TBS. I just do not understand. Sometimes I wonder whether we are really living in a clear-cut just society and yet we are surrounded by members of the society whose mentality tentamount to exhibitionism.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Well FY such is the world. That's why we are always reminded to be generous especially for a good cause. Nevertheless how many do heed this reminder FY oi! Only those with taqwa and always hoping for the blessed after death life will follow the reminder of Allah and His prophet SAW. Nak bueh cam no FY sh. Sapo sapo yang nak menyumbang kito terimo lah. There is no compulsion in this matter. Kadang kadang yang mewah tu lai taik hidung masin . Soba yo lah FY.

  66. What a weird world we are in and we are here to stay. It's just a pity that people who amass wealth do not have the heart to the impoverished through the eyes of a philanthropist. What a despised act of heartless people. Sorry to say Abang AAB. It's sickening!

    ReplyDelete
  67. It is FY come to think of it. But there it is. Wehave to live with such human beings, whether we like it or not. The best for us is to side step these people, and try to make the best of our lives, and to Allah we dispose our entire living as to Allah we will go back finally. Istigfarlah dan berzikirlah bebanyak FY my sh. Amin....... Amin ya Rabbulalamin!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  68. DO NOT DESPAIR FY LET'S BE OPTIMISTIC AND LETS LIVE OUR LIVES SUBSERVIANT ENTIRELY TO ALLAH. LET THE WEALTHY LIVE THEIR LIVES THE WEALTHY WAY. THESE PEOPLE ARE TOO FARFETCHED AND TOO EXCLUSIVE FOR US TO INTERFERE WITH THEIR LIFESTYLES. FURTHERMORE THAY DO NOT CARE TWO HOODS FOR US THE LOW CLASS TO THEM. MASYA ALLAH !!!!

    ReplyDelete
  69. My only disappointment is why do such people exist? I wonder what motivates them. Greed or showing off. Anyway, just forget them and as Abang AAB surmised we just go on with our lives. I receive another RM40 from two ex-TBS female students and as of today I have already collected RM240. Yet to decide whether to convert the amount into wang pos or just remit to Abang AAB's account with Bank Islam. Salam puaso Abang AAB and family. And to AFY and his smile hehehe. He still has that captivated smile.

    ReplyDelete
  70. FY, if I may request, please bank in into my AC., like you did the three hundred. Kalau wang pos I have to go to thePo to cash it. If bank in I just transfer it to the Datin's acc. As i have internet banking. I can transfer the amount from my bed only. Any way suit yourself as to which method is convenient to to you lv. Thank you and take good care of youself and family. Bye!!!

    ReplyDelete
  71. Abang AAB, Remitted RM300 this morning into your account with Bank Islam. We'll try to solicit more. I hope publication is on schedule. I look forward to receive a copy of the published book through our own channel Abang AAB need not worry. We know our way to the Group's FB and we are well-informed. Good luck.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Thankyou very very much FY. Your very commendable effort is very much appreciated.
Hopefully the schedule is maintained. I am too very exited to possess one copy of the gem.
My only worry is the inflow of fund is very letargic. Any way SH lets hope for the best.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Pretty certain this is the most important aspect of book making. We could not help much and neither could we contribute generously for the good cause. That is why I said earlier we have in our Group who have the financial means but too "timid" to come out with their monies. Some have in fact mentioned times and again they have extra income from their economic activities but too stingy to even donate to this noble cause. They are well to do people even after their retirement age. Really a heartless type of people. For example, I am as yet to see members - important members of the Group donating. I have not seen AFY or some members of my own kampung doing the same. If I want to name I can but what is the purpose either. And yet these are the people who rhetorically are on the upbeat wanting to see this book published but behave like "empty vessel". Sorry AFY I have to mention your name even though you are considered as mentioned by Abang AAB as the one of the most important persons in the publication of this book. As for the rest of them Abang AAB's guess is as good as mine.

    ReplyDelete
  74. FY, you are not being fair. I am told that a member of this Publication Committee has personally contributed RM300 and this member is from Batang Nyamor and was a senior member in the Police Force.

    ReplyDelete
  75. AAB, you are indeed a gem for whatever reasons. Not only your English is superb, but your heart is admirably philanthropic. We understand you have contributed significantly towards the final publishing of this book even at the expense of your physical handicap. If only I am a woman I would have embraced you as my natural sweet heart. You are from Air Mawang and that kampong and its vacinity has produced some well-to-do sons of TBS. I can name a few but is it worth it other than making them irritated. I am from Miku, the once communist-infested area of Ghombau and I am not from TBS either. At the moment I have solicited another RM200, all of which come from old boys from URES and another from KGV, Seremban. I will remit the amount in the next few days. Good luck Brother AAB!

    ReplyDelete
  76. Mikuman, if I may ask, would you please bank in into my account so that I dont have to go to the Post Office to cash the po. If you do that I just transfer the amount inti JU's account from my bed, through my internet banking. Please! Am very much indebted if you do that. Thank you.
Mikuman, do you know that you are a gem yourself. Look at you, your being a foreigner of TBS, you have solicited one thousand dollars for the book project, which is a very noble contribution, and mind you you have gotten the money not fron ex TBS. dont you think that taht is wonderful? On behalf of the committee I thank you very very much in advance. Thank you Mikuman!!!

    ReplyDelete
  77. FY your should not doubt AFY's contribution. For all you know he is the one who advanced vive hundred ringgit cash for the retaining fee of the designer and editor of the book. Without this fee these two persons would not have attended to the designing and the editing of this book. So lets leave AFY alone shall we love? Thank you. His contribution towards the realisation of this book, to my standard, is in deed enormous.

  89. It was recorded as of 27 July Anonymous agreed to remit at least RM20, Mikuman another RM200 while X-TBS RM150. Overall sum at that moment in time stood at RMRM370.

    ReplyDelete
  90. As of yesterday I am still waiting if there will be more contribution. As there is none I will therefore bank in RM400 on my friends behalf, i.e Anonymous RM20, X-TBS RM150 and me Rm230 either today or tomorrow. Abuaman Fadzil, sorry for the delay. We just hope the publication is on course. We trust you people especially ZA and GY who have given their tremendous efforts to make this book a showpiece of the famous TBS.

Anyway salam and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri , Maaf zahir batin to the lovely host. She must be lovely and pretty for her elder sister, whom I knew, was and still is fair and lovely. 97. Sorry I missed one entry of 300.00. So the total is 2100.00 only from you people. Syukran jazilan, ya Allah?

    ReplyDelete
  98. Don't get us wrong for I have heard rumours that our contributions are meant to show our sympathy towards our beloved TBS Elder Abang AAB. That is not true. Not that we don't love our ABB but we love TBS more. TBS made us what we are today. Please bear that in mind, all the kenkawan from the Group. An appreciation of sort to the school we were and still are indebted to.

    ReplyDelete

Jadi bilo dah ghotak macam ini hanyo korano bolon cukup duit nak bayar kos, apo tunggu laie, Tn Presiden konolah buek sosuatu. Bagilah tahu apo nak dibuek sotorusnya. Agak eh Tn Presiden kito hongeh laie kot sobab baru celebrate kek ghumah Dato' somalam. AAB pon ponah sobot acara somalam adalah the best ever Reuni sojak mulo ditubuhan. 102. abuaman fadzil, even though I do not know much about publishing and you mentioned about the difficulty to get the book published we are proud that some of you who are involved in the publication process adhere strictly to your commitment. I salute you and we, the informal non-members of this Group wish that one day you people deserve to be "rewarded" in whatever form. We know that Mikuman knows that, if not he would not have contributed such a handsome amount of money. I also understand "rasa kecewa" the Group President, especially so after the dismal response from the audience at Dato' NAB's gathering on 20th August. If only I could be of any assistance to achieve this honourable goal. Suatu Ketika Di TBS is a very nice title and it represents the past of TBS especially when we were part of the school system. I was and still am proud that I went to TBS even though I could not complete my school years. You know, AAB in particular and "that romeo stuff", the deputy HB, on a lesser scale, have made me what I am today. I managed to steer my life towards a better woman, even if I am not that well-contented during the course of my adulthood life as a woman should have been. I am still lucky, so to speak. And that is the main reason why I chose to be secretive and not that eager to share my past experience with others. I would rather be left alone, minding my own life, but at the same time, would like to appreciate what the world and the surrounding can offer me. The past is gone, the present is here to stay while the future is not ours to predict. Only time will tell where we should go from here. Anyway, both of you still remind me of the past and that I will treasure it as being part of me. You know what I mean. It's something like tha good, the bad and the ugly. And I have experienced the worst scenario of my life and I am contented. This is my story, my will and my life. You both take care. Let's see these few days, probably I might contribute another token sum, probably RM100 or so. May God Bless you.

    ReplyDelete
  103. FY, I always know that you are wonderful at heart. You are such an unselfish woman. And you are definitely adorable, thank you before hand for the golden pledge. Every sen now counts.

As for the fond memories of us, may Allah bless you all the more. Despite fifty over years have passed you still cherish the sweet memories of us. However FY, I think you'd better re evaluate yourself. Won't you think that your are being rather unfair to your loving hubby, no matter how he had treated you? What ever it is he is STILL your husband. And by any means you have to honour, to respect, and to love him with all your heart, be it for better or for worse. For that is the command of Allah to an isteri yang solehah. Please give it a thought. Not that we do not value your good and fond memories of us, just that aab feels it's rather unfair for you to keep on rekindling the flame of fond memories of the past. Please give it a thought, yes FY dear. And please don't get me wrong. Assalam and may Allah bless you always. aab the sikudung man.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Please-lah, you are no Sikudung man, my dear. There is always a two sides of this story: My life and my fond memories. I cherish both even though my life is somewhat and somehow quite tormenting at times. However the one which I cherish nobody can take it away from me. It is so dear and yet so far. Both you and "that romeo stuff" were and are still remain unabated. The names "dah terpahat jauh di sudut hati" and nobody can take them away from me. Life goes on as usual and even that nobody can take it away from me neither. it's a kind of "tarik-tarik tali" with me probably die standing and who knows what comes next. A colossal moment. Fate is such that one may wonder how on earth have I manage to survive the onslaught of time, love and hatred come twisting and meandering through without even me noticing it.What a life miserable as it looks but looking yonder to the future with... let time takes its toll.

  112. I'll remit another RM150 to the fund today and hopefully it will add another few dollars more. I'm getting more excited as the days go bye. It's also refreshing to read the Who's who" in the latest Tampang entry featuring some of the most prominent profiles of the ex-TBS. If only Tampang could give us the glimpse of the portraits of those featured, it would have been more satisfying. Well done. Compilers (Ashraf and Ghazali Yasin) should deserve a pat on the back.

  114. Please ensure that I have got nothing todo with the publication of this book. I do not need any credits, acknowledgment and I would remain anonymous, in the strictest sense of a word. Please keep to your side of the deal. I am just a normal housewife hoping to see the book published come 1st January 2014. You people do not fail me and my colleagues, like Sympathizer, Mikuman, Kich Moor and the rest of the Grup TBSST Mavericks. Even though our contribution is not much compared to the overall amount of the total cost, we managed to collect a few thousands for the same cause.
